When clicking on that desktop icon nothing happens, but on the other side, the printer is working. Can you help me start that printer?
The path to the executable file: "C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet Pro 8100\Bin\HP Officejet Pro 8100.exe"

The printer works because the drivers weren't affected by the error that's causing problems with the application. My advice is to simply re-install the OfficeJet application. To do this, either go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program and click on the HP packages then choose Repair. The installer will take care of the rest. Additionally, if nothing works, visit HP Support and download the full package and install it. You can do it over your current installation or simply perform a fresh installation of the package, after you'll remove it through Uninstall a program.
Visit the official page and click on Edit next to the operating system to choose the correct version for your drivers then download it.
